Service Description
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. For Health & Wellness coaching, this is a patient or client-centred approach that focuses on assisting the client to elicit and clarify their values, gain insights into their lifestyle practices and develop a deeper understanding of possibilities and pathways to resolution of their challenges. For the patient or client, this is a journey of self-discovery that ultimately leads to them setting goals, accepting a level of self-responsibility and experiencing positive self-determination. We all have goals we want to reach; challenges we’re striving to overcome, and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: To help you easily manage your appointment, you’re welcome to create a free account on my website. Simply select “Log In” at the top of the site (or in the drop‑down menu on mobile). Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to view, reschedule, or cancel your bookings at any time from your personal 'My Bookings' area. It’s completely optional, but it makes managing your sessions simple and stress‑free. Late Arrivals: If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered cancelled, and the session fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is easy when appropriate notice is given. Please allow 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations: Changes or cancellations made within 12 hours of your session may result in a 50% forfeit of your session fee. Coach/Client Compatibility: Please note - I reserve the right to cancel session(s) at my discretion. This may occur in situations of coach/client incompatibility or a conflict of interest. If this happens, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be provided. Refunds do not apply to sessions already completed (including those purchased within a package).
