Health & Wellness Coaches focus on guiding and assisting their clients to develop the resilience advantage that long term behaviour change delivers in health and wellness outcomes.
Health and wellness coaching is a patient or client-centred approach that focuses on assisting the client to elicit and clarify their values, gain insights into their lifestyle practices and develop a deeper understanding of possibilities and pathways to resolution of their challenges.
For the patient or client, this is a journey of self-discovery that ultimately leads to them setting goals, accepting a level of self-responsibility and experiencing positive self-determination.
It is this self-awareness and knowledge that inspires and motivates them to bridge the gap between intention and action.

Nutrition Consultations
For one-on-one nutrition support and information. We can look at anything from gut health (and foods that impact it), how to read food labels, how to build up your immunity, detoxification pathways and how to support them, hormone health, plus lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and nutritional deficiencies.
Our consultations assist you in making the changes you're looking for. Our encouraging and non-judgmental space is the perfect place for brainstorming, and arming you with ideas that empower you to reach your goals.

Excitingly, we are now a practitioner with i-screen in both Australia + New Zealand! i-screen is an intelligent health screening solution that tracks key biomarkers in your blood, before they become an issue. They provide health analytics and blood testing services to help you understand what's really going on in your body. They have over 180 different tests to choose from, (from hormones, thyroid, fertility, blood type checks, deficiencies, food intolerances and/or sensitivities, you name it, they have it!) or you can create your own. Life Coaching
Life Coaching is an all-encompassing field. Again, by using evidence-based tools and techniques drawn from the field of positive psychology, life coaching aims to support clients in moving from simply surviving, to thriving.
Areas you may want to address can cover anything from your home environment, career, financial position, friends & family, significant other, personal growth, and even your fun & leisure time (or lack thereof).
If you know that something's amiss, but can't put your finger on what that is, I can help. By running through one or two quick self-assessment tools, we can determine any areas you'd like to focus on in our sessions. All at your pace, and as led by you.

Integrative Sessions
These sessions are perfect for when you just need that little extra support. Spread out over 90 minutes, our Integrative Sessions are a gentle, calming way to bring you back into a regulated state, before delving into a coaching session of your choice.
With grounding breathwork and several rounds of EFT (tapping) to kick off our time together, you will find yourself in a calmer, clearer and more balanced mindset for our coaching session that follows.
The Integrative Sessions are proving to be our most popular yet! With the vast majority of our clients reporting positive shifts that last long into the weeks that ensue, these bookings are getting snapped up quickly.
