A personalised, one-on-one meal planning service designed to take the mental load out of mealtimes. Dinner is always the focus, with flexible options to include additional meal support based on your lifestyle, preferences, and household needs.
This is not a diet or rigid plan to follow. It’s a realistic, nourishing framework that helps you feel organised, supported, and confident around food - without overwhelm.
How it works
We’ll discuss your dietary requirements, preferences, goals, and any restrictions. From there, your personalised 14-day meal plan is created to suit real life - with space for flexibility, swaps, and variety.
Dinner is always included, as it’s often the most time-consuming and mentally draining meal. You can then choose how much extra support you’d like around other meals.

From there, I’ll create a tailored meal plan designed to fit your lifestyle, routines, and food preferences - simple, flexible, and easy to follow.

Health & Nutrition Coaching
Health & Nutrition Coaching brings together insights from positive psychology, behaviour change, nutrition, movement, and/or lifestyle medicine to support your wellbeing in a truly holistic way.
Rather than prescribing or telling you what to do, coaching offers a collaborative, client‑centred space where you can explore your values, understand your current habits, and gain clarity around what you want your wellbeing to look and feel like. Together, we uncover possibilities, strengthen your self‑awareness, and create practical pathways forward.
This process becomes a gentle journey of self‑discovery - helping you set meaningful goals, build resilience, and develop a sense of self‑responsibility that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. As your confidence grows, so does your ability to turn intentions into real, sustainable action.
Ultimately, coaching helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you’d love to be, supported by insight, care, and positive change that lasts.


Integrated Mind-Body Reset & Nutrition Session
This 90‑minute session blends gentle grounding practices with supportive coaching to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more balanced. We begin with breathwork and EFT (tapping) to bring your nervous system into a more regulated state before moving into a personalised coaching session of your choice - whether that’s nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, or emotional wellbeing
The Integrated Sessions are proving to be our most popular yet! With the vast majority of our clients reporting positive shifts that last long into the weeks that ensue, these bookings are getting snapped up quickly.
BLOOD TESTING AVAILABLE
Functional blood testing is available for clients across Australia and New Zealand, offering deeper insight into what may be influencing your energy, hormones, digestion, mood, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.
A wide range of tests can be arranged - including hormone panels, thyroid function, fertility markers, nutrient status, food reactions, and more. With over 180 options available, we’ll discuss your symptoms and goals during your consultation to determine which tests are most appropriate for you.
Once the determined tests are selected and payment is made, a pathology request form will be emailed directly to you. You can then complete the testing at your local pathology collection centre, at a time that suits you.
When your results are ready, they will be emailed to both you and I. I will then either send you a summary email outlining your results and suggested next steps, or - if the findings are a little more complex - we can schedule a 15‑minute Zoom session to go through everything together.
