What worked for me?
I couldn't tell you how many times I've been asked about the changes I've made during my own wellness journey. What have I replaced or foregone? What do I substitute with? What brands are 'safe', or 'low tox'? When you're trying to make the best decision for yourself and your family, the information out there can be incredibly overwhelming! There are many things I now make myself, but there are a lot of other beautiful products that I'm more than happy to buy. When I made the change to a cleaner life for my family, cookware was a high priority for me. As someone who has always loved to bake + cook, I immediately researched the quality of my favourite pots and pans. I was horrified by my findings! Continuing my research led me to Solidteknics, a 100% Australian owned and made company. Their range is incredible! I found Cell Squared early in my journey, and I am so incredibly grateful for that! In my learnings it often came up how powerful + beneficial beef organs are, but I could never bring myself to even consider cooking with these. Koala Eco was such an amazing find for me during my journey. With natural, safe, and plant-based products, made locally and with Australian essential oils, this brand was a no-brainer. Having a variety of products that cover home cleaning - kitchen & laundry, pets, plus hand + body options and gifts, I could find so much of what I was after in just one site! Not only is there a huge variety of goodness here, too, but you can also shop by dietary requirement! Dairy free, gluten free, organic, vegetarian, vegan. I LOVE the Gevity Rx range and I add their Bone Broth Body Glue (Natural) to most of our meals. I will often have it as a drink too. It's super easy to drink by itself with just hot water, or you can add to your tea (or any other drink).
