Service Description
As someone who knows nutrition is a key component to overall health, a nutrition consultation with me would include widespread information and education relating to various areas, depending on your concern. This could include information on gut health, detoxification processes, hormone health (including perimenopause), thyroid function, nervous system regulation, nutritional deficiencies, plus lifestyle factors including sleep and stress, through to the environmental factors that are impacting our health. *Please note, a Nutrition Consultant is not qualified to diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any disease/condition. It is recommended to see your healthcare provider for further information pertaining to these conditions.
Cancellation Policy
If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the coach will assume the session is cancelled and the client will forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling a coaching session is easily done with appropriate notice. Please allow 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes. Changes and/or cancellations within 12 hours of your session may see a forfeit of 50% of your session fee. * Please note, the coach reserves the right to cancel session/s at their discretion. This may be due to incompatibility as a coach/client, or due to a conflict of interest. Should this occur, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be given. The refund does NOT include sessions already completed (if purchased as part of a package).
